This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled for consultations, treatments and packages at MediGlo Clinic.

Consultations & Bookings

Appointments can be booked through our website forms or by phone. Where a consultation or booking fee applies, it will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled time — by calling +91 81304 69879. Appointments cancelled with adequate notice can be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees, once the consultation has been provided, are generally non-refundable as they cover the professional time of our medical team.

Treatment Packages

Refunds for pre-paid treatments or packages, where applicable, are considered on a case-by-case basis according to the terms agreed at the time of purchase and the number of sessions already availed. Products and consumables that have been opened or used are non-refundable.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without prior notice may affect scheduling of future bookings and, where a booking fee was charged, may not be refundable.
